Choir competes in UIL Wednesday

With UIL season here, students are currently preparing their music for Wednesday’s UIL performance atProsper High School with the school’s choir having the second to last performance in the 5:00 p.m. time frame.

For this performance, choir has prepared three songs that they will sing, the songs that they have chose to sing are “If Music be the Food of Love”, “Gloria”, and “How Merrily We Live”.

Once they finish their performance, the choir will go to another room where they will be handed a piece of music chosen by the UIL committee to sightread.

When sight reading has ended they will await their scores from the judges with UIL scores ranging from a 1 to a 3 with 1 being the best score.
