Mini spring break

This weekend is a four day weekend with Friday a holiday and Monday being a bad weather make up day, but since we didn’t lose any school days to bad weather, it’s now another day off.

While some vacations like Spring Break might slow down the rhythm of lesson plans, this weekend will not affect calendars as much and provides a nice break.

“I don’t see too much of an impact on our calendar,” GT Humanities teacher Sarah Wiseman said. “It was actually STAAR that flipped A day and B day classes for AP World History recently, so we’ve been dealing with that, but I think we all deserve a big break, so I’m looking forward to the four day weekend.”
