Choosing to have spring practices rather than extra time in the fall, head athletic coach, Chris Burtch, and his staff made the decision to practice sooner rather than later.

“The goal for spring practice is to make sure that we have offense and defense installed, special teams installed and really to evaluate personnel,” athletic coach Chris Burtch said.  “We need to find out who’s gonna step up for those seniors that have graduated, who’s going to be the leaders, who’s going to who had a great off season, who got stronger who got faster and then there’s still some issues about where we’re gonna put people for the best fit, you know offensively and defensively.”

The football season starts September 1 against Wakeland.
