2017-18 course cards due this week
January 30, 2017
The second semester is just two weeks old, but schedule cards for the 2017-18 school year are to be turned into social studies teachers Wednesday or Thursday.
“The counselors need time to put together everyone’s schedules,” counseling secretary Shannon Webre said. “And have them up and ready by March so students can make changes before the school year ends.”
Students must have 16 core credits in order to graduate: four in math, four in science, four in English and four in social studies along with various other elective credits.
“They need to get their schedules turned in on time,” Webre said. “They need to make sure that everything’s filled out, otherwise we can pick classes for them and they may not always like that.”
