The girls’ soccer team begins its playoff run tonight. After finishing in third place in District 13-5A, the girls will be taking on the number two seed in District 14-5A McKinney North in the bi-district round.

Beating McKinney North 1-0 earlier in the season, the team looks to take another victory over the Bulldogs and move onto round 2.

The game kick off at 5:30 p.m. at McKinney Boyd High School.

Also playing tonight are both baseball and softball.

Softball takes on Wakeland for the second time tonight with the Redhawks looking to maintain their third place spot in 13-5A play, trailing the first place Wolverines by just a game.

With a strong start to the season, the girls are looking to continue to improve their record and clinch their first ever playoff spot.

Tonight’s game is at Wakeland starting at 7 p.m.

30 minutes later, the baseball team tries to get its first district win as it takes on the Lone Star Rangers.
