Wingspan: How long have you been playing football and what got you started?

Glatch: “I started playing football in kindergarten and I started playing because I grew up in a football home.”

Wingspan: What fuels your passion to play?

Glatch: “I have always loved the game and the fulfillment that the sport gives you when you succeed which makes all the hard work that leads into the season really pay off.”

Wingspan: How do you prepare before a game?

Glatch: “I usually just think through the plays and responsibilities that I have.”

Wingspan: What is your favorite part about being on the team?

Glatch: “Just being able to play with my brothers who will fight for one another each game.”

Wingspan: What is something that you want to improve on?

Glatch: “I want to improve the teams success on Friday nights.”

Wingspan: How are you planning to achieve this goal?

Glatch: “Just by becoming more discipline and coming together more as a team.”
