Kicking off for the four day weekend, football brings spring practice to an end Thursday at 5:30 p.m. with an intrasquad scrimmage.

“I think that it’s important that we are able to end the year with a kind of showcase for next year’s team,” junior Corbin Ridlehuber said. “I am hoping to see that there is high energy surrounding the team because every team needs a good support system and to just see our playmakers making the big plays that they need to make.”

Thursday’s game is the final practice until August, providing the a glimpse of what team has to offer in the fall.

“They are important,” sophomore Will Glatch said. “So we can get a feel for the new style and game plan that we will have going into the next season.”
