Redhawk volleyball goes for its fourth straight win to start District 9-5A play on Tuesday when the team hosts Memorial starting at 6:30 p.m.,

“I expect a solid game from them, they’ve got all of these returning players from last year, because they didn’t graduate anybody, but that means that they’re even stronger,” head coach Ui Womble said. “They gave us a pretty good challenge last year. I expect from us to have to play our very clean brand of volleyball to be successful.”

Senior Jenna Wenaas is excited for the match, and hopes the team brings the energy.

“I think it’ll be a good match,” Wenaas said. “They gave us a bit of a challenge last year, and I’m excited to see what we bring out. I also hope for a lot of cheering and excitement tonight, and a big crowd and energy in the team.”
