Goodbye Gluten: potato wraps
I went grocery shopping with my mom and I saw these gluten-free potato wraps. Gluten-free wraps are usually hard to find because they easily break and don’t hold the filling.
But these potato ones looked promising. I tested the wraps using anything I could find in the fridge and I was very pleased with the results. Even though they might be a little messy to eat, it is definitely worth the mess.

- Scatter spoonfuls of avocado and drizzle with all three dressings
- In a small pan add olive oil and caramelize the onions
- Once the onions are golden brown add mushrooms and peppers and sauté for 2 minutes
- Add the onion mixture to the wrap and grate some cheese of your choice over the hot vegetables
