Member’s of the schools FFA club won several awards at the Collin County Junior Livestock Show in McKinney in January and hope to do well at the area competition on Tuesday, April 5.

Several of the school’s FFA students recently made trips to the winner’s circle at the Collin County January 2016 Livestock Show with one Grand Champion and two Reserve Grand Champion awards.

Winners of the Collin County Junior Livestock Show in McKinney include:

Lauren Johnson – Grand Champion English Angora: 1st place English Angora Colored Senior Buck

Trinity Beale – Reserve Champion Lionhead: 1st place Lionhead Tortoise Senior Doe

Presley Beale – Reserve Champion Holland Lop: 1st place Lionhead Black Senior Doe

Andrea Del Rio – 1st place Holland Lop Solid Senior Buck

Madeline Heimer –  8th place Holland Lop Solid Senior Buck

Avery Pigman – 1st place Mini Rex Broken Senior Doe

Kristen Niekamp – 1st place Mini Rex Black Senior Doe
