This week I wanted to review an album that I am not completely familiar with, Mark Ronson’s Late Night Feelings. I am a fan of Ronson and his music, as well as some of the artists featured on this album, so I am excited to tell you what I thought of it.

I really like the chill vibes that this album gives off as well as the emotional value that it has. It’s an album that expresses the feelings about love that everyone experiences at one point in their life. It creates a lovely connection between the listener and the singer of understanding and compassion.

My top three would have to be “Nothing Breaks Like a Heart” featuring Miley Cyrus, “Find U Again” featuring Camila Cabello, and “Spinning” featuring Ilsey. I really enjoyed these three because they have different styles to them. Cyrus’ song is very down to earth and realistic while Cabello’s is wishful thinking. The last one is honest and apologetic. I think that the combination of these things in music is very important when trying to connect with your listeners.

A few things that I don’t really enjoy from this album are that in most of the songs, the beat and the background instruments are much louder than the singer, and so you can’t really hear them very well. I also disagree with this album being put under the genre of pop. It’s a slow album and it’s got deeper meaning. I don’t believe it has the qualities of a pop album. It sounds more alternative to me.

I honestly wouldn’t rank this album in my top 10 or even 50, to be honest, but it has some good songs on it that I do really enjoy. It’s not the best musically speaking, but it has a deep message and it connects well with listeners.
