Wingspan: Do you feel any pressure to perform well being so young?

Luster: “I don’t feel any pressure like. I know what I’m doing and so do my teammates.“

Wingspan: Do you have any pregame traditions?

Luster: “I don’t have any pregame snacks or pregame traditions or any superstitions, I just get ready to play. I listen to music before the game, it gets me going.“

Wingspan: What is your favorite part about playing football?

Luster: “My favorite part about playing is spending time with my teammates.“

Wingspan: Why did you choose the number 12?

Luster: “ I picked 12 just because I liked it.“

Wingspan: Do you view yourself as a leader on the team?

Luster: “I view myself as a leader on and off the field at all times. I feel like the position I am in right now I have to set high expectations for me and my teammates. And you never know who is watching.”

Wingspan: When did you start playing football?

Luster: “I started playing football when I was five years old.“

Wingspan: What is your main goal for this season?

Luster: “My main goal for this season is to make a bond with my teammates and go far in the season“

Wingspan: What was your reaction to being on Sports Center?

Luster: “I was not expecting to be in the sports center. It was kind of cool to be in the Sports Center because not a lot of people are on it. “

Wingspan: What was your friends’ and family’s reaction?

Luster: “I had all of my friends DMing me on Instagram and posting it on Snapchat and sending me videos. They were all happy for me overall. As a high schooler it felt kind of good to be on Sports Center because I just love playing sports.”

Wingspan: When you are not playing football, what do you like to do?

Luster: “I just like to chill with my family at home when I’m not playing football.”
