The Redhawks basketball program took on the Lebanon Trail Trailblazers on Tuesday, with both teams pulling out wins with scores of 67-48 for the boys and 47-24 for the girls in District 9-5A play.

Though the team pulled out a win this week, senior Connor Hulstein feels the team has a ways to go.

“We played really hard last game but our shots weren’t falling so we need to work on that,” Hulstein said via text.

In the eyes of senior Lily Ziemkiewicz, this win helped prove to the team that their teamwork paid off.

“The previous games have shown me that we play the best basketball when we play together so my mentality going into this week is we need to all work hard and do what we need to do so we can win,” Ziemkiewicz said via text.
