Dual credit details, webinar informs FISD families on Collin courses

Frisco ISD has a long-lasting partnership with colleges in the area to provide students the ability to fulfill high school credits while also earning college credits.

Collin College in partnership with career counselors and the Frisco ISD Dual Credit staff is hosting a dual credit informational webinar for all rising 10-12th graders and their families Tuesday at 6 p.m.

The webinar is designed to provide students and their families on Collin College’s dual credit details for the Summer/Fall of 2021.

By taking Collin College courses, students will be able to receive credit for both their high school diploma and college degree. Courses are offered in several disciplines such as Economics, English, Government, History, Math, Science, Psychology, and Fine Arts. A wide variety of technical and workforce programs are also available for dual and concurrent enrollment.
