The Redhawks step up to bat Tuesday in a District 9-5A softball match-up at Memorial High School against the Memorial Warriors at 7:15 p.m.

Following an 0-9 start to the season, sophomore Emily Aronson is hoping the team can make a few adjustments to improve.

“We really need to work on communication for this upcoming game so we are able to boost our score a little bit,” Aronson said.

Looking to put a few extra runs on the board, the team is working to defeat the Warriors and bring home a win.

“My goal for this next game is just to get runners to score,” Aronson said. “We have not won a game yet and even though the scores are not where we would like them, we have come together pretty well.”
