The softball team suffered its 10th straight District 9-5A loss Tuesday as the Redhawks fell to  the Memorial Warriors 10-0.

“In the most recent games, we are going up against the number 1 and 2 schools in the district,” head coach Jill Bradshaw said. “Our goals are simply just to compete and come out there strong.”

By focusing on the goals the team has set, sophomore Gabby Sanchez hopes to see a more positive outcome for the rest of the season.

“It will be hard,” Sanchez said via text. “But we try to bring ourselves up and hope for the best and a better season,”
