Softball takes on Lone Star High School Tuesday at 7:15 p.m. in their final District 9-5A game of the season at the Nest.

Sophomore Gabby Sanchez feels that the team has had a successful season regardless of what the scoreboard shows.

“This past season, we have focused on getting better each time and we were able to bring ourselves up for the best season possible,” Sanchez said.

With one game left, the team is excited for one last chance to play together.

“We worked hard this season and had a lot of new people,” head coach Jill Bradshaw said. “We have improved a lot and I’m proud of the team this season.”
