Following weeks of practice in summer training programs, fall sports are back with the Redhawks hoping for strong starts. As COVID-19 protocols have begun to be lifted, practices and games for volleyball, football, tennis, cross country, and other sports, are back in full effect and the athletes are gearing up to take flight in their first competitions of the season.

Here’s a look at when the teams compete.

Volleyball takes part in the Duncanville Tournament of Champions Friday and Saturday.

Tennis serves up its first match as the team plans to defeat the Centennial Titans in a match-up Aug. 20 at 4:00 p.m. at the Nest.

The Redhawk football team takes on Royse City in a scrimmage also on Aug. 20, and opens their season against Reedy High School on Aug. 26.

Cross country gets its season started on Aug. 21 in the Northwest Texans Relay at 7:00 a.m. on Aug. 21.
