The Redhawk tennis team took on Lebanon Trail High School on Friday, and while they lost 14-5, spirits are still high.

“My expectations for the match were pretty high because I knew it was going to be a hard match, but we could win against a few people on their team,” junior Morgan Mowery said. “The outcome was a little lower than expected, but we did play very well and all of the matches were close in score.”

Junior Mills Dopson believes the team has much to learn from this match.

“We are going to use this loss to strengthen our team and prepare us for future matches by practicing things we struggled with, like tiebreakers,” she said.
