The Redhawks clash with the Centennial Titans on Tuesday at 6:45 p.m. in a District 9-5A volleyball game at Centennial High School.

The Redhawks fell to the Titans 3-2 last season and junior Campbell Peters is seeking out a win for her team with hopes of redemption.

“We just want to come out with a win,” Peters said. “Last season we underestimated Centennial and it showed in the way we played. This year we want to come out strong and bring our best defense.”

With Peters focused on defense, head coach Clark Oberle has his sights set on a win.

“Our main goal is to keep our opponent in any game we play from going on a long scoring run,” Oberle said. “When the other team is scoring we want to side out really quickly and by doing that we should be able to increase our chances of winning.”
