The Redhawks try to tame the Reedy Lions in a District 9-5A volleyball game Tuesday at 6:45 p.m. at the Nest.

After a 3-0 loss against Lone Star High School on Friday, the team is looking to bounce back and bring home a win.

“This game we want to come out there strong and be better than our last game,” junior Campbell Peters said. “To beat them, we know we need to put out our best effort and keep going even when it gets hard.”

However, not all losses negatively impact their team as senior Tanner Hansen believes it just takes a growth mindset.

“Last game, we fought hard through the first round,” Hansen said. “After we lost it we gave up in the other two which is something we can improve on for this time around.”
