After leaving the field with wins from both the girls’ and boys’ teams on Friday, the Redhawks soccer teams return to the field  when they face the Heritage Coyotes on Tuesday.

The girls are heading to The Den, where they will take the Coyotes on at 5:30 p.m. in a District 9-5A soccer game.

“So we play Heritage today and we played them in our first district game and we beat them 5-0,” senior Kennedy Clountz said. “So it should be an easy game but you never know with Frisco teams.”

Hosting the Coyotes at The Nest, the boys are hoping to continue their undefeated 4-0 streak in District 9-5A.

“Right now, most of our concentration is kind of on tactical things and how we approach the different teams that we’re playing,” head coach Evan McGee said. “For instance, we’ve been working a lot on just maintaining possession of the ball and creating scoring opportunities.”
