Hitting their way into games Friday and Monday, the Redhawks are back in action. With very few games left, the team is looking to finish strong.

With the DFW area having inclement weather on Thursday and Friday the Rockhill Tournament supposed to take place on Friday was postponed. However, due to a scheduling conflict, the Redhawk tennis team will not be competing in the tournament anymore.

Early into the season, junior Milla Dopson doesn’t believe the cancellation will affect the team.

“We have many more tournaments to prepare for districts, so it shouldn’t affect our season,” Dopson said. “Although we would have loved to play, we are glad it is early in the season.”

The Redhawks will be back on the court for tournament action on Feb. 25.
