Hundreds of 8th graders and their parents were roaming the main hallway and the cafeteria for rising freshman night.

“I think a big thing was just for the freshman to get on Campus,” art teacher Jeb Matulich said. “And just see what the school looks like inside a little bit, and maybe, visit with some teachers of classes that they’ve signed up to take.”

Tables were set up in the rotunda, the cafeteria, and the main hallway with dozens of subjects areas, programs, and sports on hand to answer any questions prospective students may have.

“I’m gaining knowledge and insight about what I’m doing next year,” eighth grader Collier Guest.

“I get to see the things that I’m going to go into, like theater,” eighth grader Izzy Patrick said. “I’m into tech theater, so I got to go see the tech booth and with all the theater stuff and I got to meet the tech teacher.”
