Disney+ recently released another of its miniseries, this time including a new concept that we have never seen before, a thrilling adventure with a lot of mystery called Moon Knight.

Featuring Oscaar Isaac this series takes us in an adventure of craziness and riddle.

The story takes us through the life of Steven Grant who discovers he’s been granted the powers of an Egyptian moon god. But he soon finds out that these newfound powers can be both a blessing and a curse to his troubled life.

The audience realizes very soon in the story that Steven has a severe and mostly fictional case of dissociative identity disorder. All these identities are controlled by an Egyptian Moon god that seems to be in Steven’s mind. Steven at many times hears the voice of this god in his head and acts out of his will sometimes waking up in strange places because this second personality inside of him makes him do things.

In this first episode the audience can expect to feel confusion and even a bit of fear.

The horror was evident when the moon god or the voice inside Steven’s head made an appearance and started to chase Steven everywhere. This mixed with the intense horror music, the creepy sounds and the horrible appearance of the monster made Marvel feel like It

This gives us a hint that Marvel is trying to switch it up a bit and give us an entrance to upcoming projects like Blade which is going to be horror based.

There was also an evident villain which was Arthur Harlow, who seems to be a very obsessed cult leader, whose job is to judge people on their sins and kill the ones who are impure. Arthur is played by Ethan Hawke

This series will be a mini-series just like past Marvel series such as Falcon and the Winter Soldier, Wanda Vision, and Loki.

Just this one has a little twist in it.
