I love stir-fried noodles and this recipe is a quick and easy way to satisfy my craving. The soy sauce and the date syrup create the perfect balance between sweet and salty. You can adjust the amount of sauce in the recipe depending on how sweet or salty you like it.
Ingredients
Choice of noodles
Chopped onions
Chopped mushrooms
Chopped bell peppers
Olives
Shredded bok choy
Soy sauce
Date syrup
Teriyaki stir fry sauce
Directions
Cook the spaghetti until al dente
In a large pan saute the onion until they are golden brown.
Add the mushrooms, bok choy, olives, and bell peppers and cook for 2 minutes
Add the cooked noodles and combine with the vegetables
Add the sauces and toss the noodles to combine all the ingredients without breaking the noodles.
Serve hot.
