Wingspan: When did you start getting involved in choir?

Bhasin: “I started getting involved in choir in elementary school after my parents put me in singing classes. Even though they were the ones that signed me up, I ended up really enjoying it.”

Wingspan: What is your favorite memory of choir?

Bhasin: “My favorite memory in choir was our performances at the Winter Extravaganza and our spring shows.”

Wingspan: What are your personal goals for this year?

Bhasin: “My personal goal for this year is to get better at sight reading.”

Wingspan: What is the most challenging part of choir?

Bhasin: “The most challenging part of choir is learning new music that are in different languages. Right now, I am learning music in Latin which is challenging because I have to make sure I enunciate the right things”

Wingspan: Would you consider a future in singing?

Bhasin: “Because I’ve had so much experience, I would consider a future in singing. If I decide not to, I will definitely keep it as a hobby.”

Wingspan: What would you consider your greatest accomplishment in regard to singing?

Bhasin: “I think one of my greatest accomplishments right now in choir is making the all-region choir.”

Wingspan: What is your favorite genre to sing?

Bhasin: “My favorite genre to sing is pop music because it is my favorite genre to listen to.”
