The Redhawks swim and dive teams head to the District 10-5A meet on Thursday for diving and on Saturday for swim at the FISD Natatorium

“The team has worked extremely hard all season long for this meet and hopefully the two that come after it,” head coach Zachariah Gnoza said. “The team has come in every day since August and have swum thousands of thousands of yards, and our divers have done thousands of thousands of reps off the board as well. They are more than ready. I expect the team to bring high positive energy, great sportsmanship, and the best effort they can give on everything.”

Senior Lin Ohashi has high expectations for this meet.

“We have been preparing for districts by practicing every morning with distance and sprints and we have been doing a lot of training,” Oashi said. “We are expecting most of our girls to make regionals and hopefully the guys team as well. I think this season is going to be a win for us.”
