Board of Trustees holds monthly meeting Monday
The Frisco ISD Board of Trustees held its monthly meeting Tuesday evening to discuss many topics including future-ready spotlights and various approval plans. This month’s future ready focus area is basic conditions of learning, and the board voted to nominate Gopal Ponangi for the Frisco Economic Development Corporation Board of Directors.

The Frisco ISD school board will be meeting at the Frisco ISD administration building for the monthly board meeting Monday at 6:30 p.m.
To start, the board will be recognizing ten students who scored the highest composite scores on the SAT or ACT.
In addition to students, the board will be recognizing teachers and SRO staff for their continued dedication to the district.
Additionally, the board will discuss the 2023-2024 budget process and timeline.
Also on the agenda are details for the upcoming May 6 FISD Board of Trustees election.
