Redhawks volleyball will face the Memorial Warriors Tuesday for the second time this season, with players and coaches alike expecting a tough match.
Volleyball had their second sweep of the week, winning 3-0, against Independence Friday at the Nest, making them 5-0 in District 10-5A.
“It feels great to get two solid sweeps in one week, it’s a great confidence builder for us,” head coach Eighmy Dobbins said. “The team did good of shutting down their offensive options quickly and serving tough.”
But the team cannot get overconfident as district play continues Tuesday against Walnut Grove.
“The win is great but there is still lots of time left in the season,” junior Andrea Juneau said.
