Hoping to bounce back from a 64-60 overtime loss and secure a spot in the playoffs, the boys’ basketball team (6-5) hits the road to face Emerson (6-5), who the Redhawks beat 56-51 earlier in the season.
The Redhawks boys’ basketball team (12-7, 0-1) lost their first game of district play 57-48 against their rivals, the Centennial Titans (11-5, 1-0), at home Tuesday.
“We just let our old mistakes get the best of us too often and we were inconsistent with our scoring and our technique,” head coach Bruce Wright said.
Boys’ basketball players declined to respond to a request.
