Hoping to add a fourth victory to their winning streak, the volleyball team heads to Lone Star to face off against the Rangers Friday at 5:30 p.m

“I am feeling pretty confident about the game tomorrow,” senior Jessica Gordon said. “I feel like we have really grown together as a team and are beginning to play at a higher level, so I’m really excited to see how we continue to play for the rest of the season.”

Matching Gordon’s confidence, head volleyball coach Ui Womble believes the girls are prepared and ready to play against Lone Star.

“I feel good about playing LSHS, I think we will be able to run a quick offense and keep them out of system through the match,” Womble said via email. “We’ve prepared by focusing on our serve [and] receive, aggressive serving and running our offense out of defense.”
