The perfect selfie app
November 16, 2015
“UGH! My skin looks so bad.” Selfies are a big trend, but most teenagers don’t post an original photo of them unless it’s edited. A big amount of people take their portrait on apps because of the filters and effects they provide. B612 includes everything a person needs and wants to make their selfies look good.
Once B612 is opened, there are plenty of options to choose from. There are countless filters; light and dark themes, a timer cam that allows people to pose with their whole body in front of the camera, a focusing/blur cam which focuses on one object and blurs the background, a video cam where videos can be taken for a few seconds, collages which allows people to take as many pictures as they want in one frame, and being able to edit images that wasn’t taken on the app.
Of course, there are some “negatives” about B612. This isn’t an app where photos can be snapshotted constantly. To take a picture, the screen must be “pressed” down to take only one picture. When the focusing/blur option isn’t on, it sometimes blurs the background and focuses on one object. For example, if two people were in the picture and the option of the focus is turned off, the camera sometimes focuses on one person and blurs the other person’s face out. It also takes forever to take a picture. Once the screen is “pressed”, the person has to stay still for a couple of seconds to get a clear picture or else it’ll turn out “fuzzy” if the person moves immediately after it’s taken.
Despite these drawbacks, this is a must have app for people who are obsessed with taking selfies. It may have some “flaws”, but it provides everything a selfie person wants to make their portrait look decent.
