King and Cardinal is an American burger joint with a touch of Indian spice. But it’s not just burgers, as the menu has many options to choose from. From Aloo Samosa to Thai wings, to Choco brownie thickshake to ice cream, there are more than 60 items to choose from.

Walking in, the first thing that is likely to catch one’s eye is the number of people that were dining in. There were nearly 75 people inside the restaurant and at least 50 people outside.

The wait in line was almost five minutes long. The waiters know the menu well and are capable of helping you out on what to order if you do not know about any of the menu items listed.

According to the waiter, one of their most popular foods is the spicy classic chicken burger. The burger consists of ground chicken cut meat cooked with spices, assembled with freshly cut red onion and tomatoes, and topped with special mayo. On the sides you receive kettle cooked chips along with curly fries.

The spicy classic chicken burger is truly a unique delicacy that combines both American and Indan food styles together to create an authentic taste.

One of the featured items on the menu is the Tandoori wings. This mouth watering dish carries on the traditional Indian tandoori taste, with the most basic ingredients being garlic, onion, cayenne pepper, ginger, and garam masala. These spices are ground together and are mixed with a bit of lemon juice which creates very distinct taste. The wings are mildly spicy with ranch, celery, and onion rings to the side.

King and Cardinal is fantastic. The way the restaurant provides their large customer base with the freshness, quantity, and taste of the food is is appreciative. The American-Indian burger fusion part is the most distinctive part of the restaurant, and also what makes it special.
