Mango banana ice cream

The warm weather is fast approaching and what better way to welcome summer than to make mango banana ice cream? With its simple ingredients, this ice cream is so healthy you could eat it for breakfast. No worries if you don’t have an ice cream machine or food processor, as a powerful blender will do the job.

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe mangoes
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1 cup oat milk
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ tbsp monk fruit sugar

Directions

  • Blend all the ingredients in a blender until the mixture is smooth.
  • If you are using an ice cream machine, pop the mixture in there, and in an hour you will have your ice cream.
  • If you are not using an ice cream machine you can freeze the fruit beforehand and the blend to have your ice cream ready instantly.
