Auras

An aura is a colored human energy field that surrounds a human, animal, or even object. These invisible energy fields are basically the energy someone or something gives off. Many people believe your aura is the luminous body that surrounds your physical one.

So how do you see someone’s or your own aura? It takes practice, but how I usually do it, is I stare at the person’s nose whose aura I want to read. I try to soften or relax my eyes until everything goes fuzzy. When this happens, I start slowly moving my eyes to the edge of the person’s physical body. Remember to do this slowly, as you don’t want to lose focus. After a while, I start seeing a slight glow illuminating at the edge of their body. This “glow” is their aura, which can be different colors and different levels of strength.

The different colors of someone’s aura show what kind of person they are. If their aura is reddish, the person is energetic and strong-willed. If their aura is orange, they are thoughtful and adventurous. If their aura is yellow, they are creative and relaxed. Green means social and good at communicating. Blue means spiritual and freethinking. Indigo is curious and gentle. Violet is wise and independent.
