Strawberry smoothie bowl
This smoothie bowl is not only quick and easy to make but it is also packed with nutrients and protein making it the perfect way to start your day. Strawberry is my favorite but you can add any fruit you like and top it off with any combination of nuts or granola. You can also use frozen fruit for a thicker, ice cream-like texture.
Ingredients
- I cup strawberries
- 1 banana
- 1 tbs honey
- 1 cup greek yogurt
- 2 tsp vanilla extract or almond extract
- Choice of nuts or granola
Directions
- In a blender add the strawberries, banana, honey, yogurt, and extract
- Blend until smoothÂ
- Pour in a bowl and serve with toppings of your choice.
