Chakras

There are seven chakras which are the main energy centers of the human body. There are the crown chakra, the third eye chakra, the throat chakra, the heart chakra, the solar plexus, the sacral chakra, and the root chakra. There is a specific way to unblock each chakra which allows for energy to flow freely through your mind, body, and spirit.

Your crown chakra is located on the top of your head. It controls beauty, whether that be inner or outer. To unblock this chakra, you can meditate with a clear quartz crystal, do headstands, and practice your gratitude.

Your third eye chakra is located in the middle of your eyebrows. It controls intuition, imagination, and wisdom. To unblock this chakra, you can meditate with an amethyst, do the child’s yoga pose, and practice dream journaling.

Your throat chakra is located on your throat. It controls communication and self-expression. To unblock this chakra, you can meditate with an Aquamarine crystal, do the fish yoga pose, and practice reiki healing sessions.

Your heart chakra is located right above your heart. It controls love and happiness. To unblock this chakra, you can meditate with a rose quartz crystal, do the camel yoga pose, and practice being kind and positive.

Your solar plexus chakra is located near your stomach. It controls self-confidence and self-worth. To unblock this chakra, you can meditate with an amber crystal, do the boat yoga pose, and practice aromatherapy.

Your sacral chakra is located on your lower abdomen. It controls your sense of pleasure and sexuality. To unblock this chakra, you can meditate with a tiger’s eye crystal, do the bound yoga pose, and practice stress relieving exercises, such as water meditations.

Your root chakra is located at the bottom of your tailbone. It controls your survival issues. To unblock this chakra, you can meditate with a hematite crystal, do the Warrior one yoga pose, and practice spending time in nature.
