Staff reporter Shreya Agrawal shares how to make chia pudding. This simple recipe, is a great way to cool down during hot summer days.

Chia pudding

With summer upon us, this cold, creamy, and fruity chia pudding is the perfect way to cool down.

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 can of full-fat coconut milk
  • ¼ cup chia seeds
  • Water (to thin down to desired consistency)
  • Maple Syrup (to taste)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 – 2 cups of fruit (sliced bananas, diced mangoes, chopped strawberries, etc.)

Instructions:

  • Combine all ingredients except the fruits in a mason jar and set in the fridge for 4-6 hours. Stir with a spoon in between the setting time.
  • Add the sliced fruits to the chia pudding, and enjoy!
