With the 2024-25 school year having started Monday, Redhawks volleyball is already hitting the court, hosting the McKinney North HS Bulldogs at The Nest Tuesday at 6:30 p.m.
Head coach Eighmy Dobbins sees the match as an opportunity for the Redhawks to improve some of their technique for later in the season.
“It’s still pretty early in the season, so we’re just working through the kinks,” Dobbins said. “McKinney North has a pretty good block, so we’re really focusing on how to score against [that] and being more aggressive defensively.”
Senior Mackenzie Raymond shared Dobbins’ sentiment.
“We’re working on new lineups to find what works best for our team and how we can be stronger,” Raymond said.
