District 11-5A play begins Friday for the volleyball team when they host a match against Frisco High at 6:30 p.m, laying their winning streak on the line yet again.
“We are hitting well really right now, and our defense is coming together,” head coach Eighmy Dobbins said. “We are working on speeding up our offensive tempo. We’re feeling confident. [Tuesday] was a good win for us and gives us momentum going into the start of district.”
Now that everything is starting to come together in the eyes of Dobbins, players such as senior Mackenzie Raymond are feeling more confident in their abilities.
“We have a lot of confidence going into this game,” Raymond said. “We have been working on a lot of different things to help us be successful.”
