Geometry students are ending the year by creating music videos about their assigned topics which they will watch in class on Tuesday and Wednesday.

“The project is about us presenting what we have learned and each group gets a different topic,” freshman Kushika Bansal. “I like the fact that we get to choose our own groups and and do whatever we want for the project.”

The process of making the video included writing lyrics, filming, and finally editing to finish the project.

“So to make our geometry video we first planned it out and wrote all the lyrics in class,” freshman Lana Le said. “And then after that we started to film a little as a group, and then during the weekend a few of the people in our group filmed more, edited, and then we finished.”

Although the project allowed students to use their creativity more some of them felt as thought the project was a little overwhelming.

“It gave us a chance to use our creativity,” sophomore Kynsie Shumway said. “It was difficult because I’m really busy and I feel like we didn’t have enough time for such a big project.”
