Doubling down on the first half of its District 9-5A season with only two games left, the Redhawk soccer program looks to add two wins against the Centennial Titans on Tuesday night with the girls’ team beginning at 7:00 p.m. at home and the boys’ to follow at 7:30 p.m. at Centennial.

“Tuesday is another tough match and the outcome will be decided by which team wants it more in the end,” senior Corinne Daniels said. “We’ve been working a lot on possession and through balls in practice, so hopefully that will prepare us enough for Centennial.”

With Centennial sitting in fifth and the Redhawks close behind in eighth place, boys’ head soccer coach Fred Kaiser expects the team to fight hard against the Titans.

“[To prepare] we’ve continued to move the ball around in practice,” Kaiser said. “I expect that we’re going to give Centennial a good game.”
