Originally scheduled for Saturday, softball takes the field a night early when they step up to bat against the Frisco Racoons at Friday night at 7:30 p.m.

“I think we are going to perform well,” junior Sue Slater. “We know what we needed to improve on and we’ve continued to work on them since our last game. As long and we play together and play our game we’ll come out with the win. From what i’ve heard, our competition is pretty much at the same level as us, we just have to work harder than them and do our part and we’ll be fine.
