Playing their last away game of the District 9-5A season, the Redhawk volleyball team looks to continue their 18 game win streak Friday at 6:30 p.m. at Heritage.

“I’ve been so thrilled that the season has gone this well so far,” senior Emily Nickell said. “We’ve done so well and I have been so proud that we have made it this far. I think it’s pretty impressive.”

District play is coming to a close, but the season continues the week of Nov. 1, in the team’s first round of playoffs.

“Tonight I really just want us to keep the same energy and level of play, so that we can carry all of the possible momentum in to our last game against lebanon trail,” Nickell said. “Even though we have secured playoffs, I really just want this strong finish and then keep it going into playoffs.”
