Hello Redhawks, I hope everyone has had a fantastic week so far. Here are some random thoughts. 

Yesterday students took the PSAT. Sophomores and juniors took the exam on campus with virtual learners making their first appearance on campus this year, with all students getting to go home right after the test was over, while freshmen and seniors participated in asynchronous learning from home. 

On Saturday, varsity football played against Rock Hill High School, and it was a 51-27 win. This is the team’s second win of the year, which is twice as many as they won last year. Make sure to congratulate our very hard working football team. 

Also, in case it might have slipped your mind, the 1st nine weeks grading period ends Friday. Make sure to turn in any late grades or missing assignments to your teachers, and complete any retests before it’s too late. It’s crazy to think ¼ of the year is almost gone.

Make sure to vote when you can where you can. It’s very important, because every voice makes a difference!
