John Wynia

John Wynia, a senior and former soccer player for the school team, committed to Lipscomb University today. The midfielder was also apart of the 2013-2014 soccer team that went 25-2, and then departed for academy play.

“I feel extremely blessed,” Wynia said. “It’s a great opportunity and I’m just really happy right now.”

Wynia will join the Bison, who are coming off of a first round exit in the Atlantic Sun tournament this past season.

“My favorite memory outside of playing for Pony Express,” Wynia said. “Was when I took my shirt off against Wakeland, in the Dr. Pink Tournament championship.”
