Breakfast bruschetta
Scrambled eggs, fresh bread, and lots of cheese make the perfect breakfast. This breakfast bruschetta takes those ingredients and makes it a little more exciting. This recipe is so easy to make and the quantity is completely up to you. There isn’t a lot you have to cook for the recipe because you scramble the eggs, caramelize some onions and then just pile it all on some bread, it’s that simple.
Ingredients
- Eggs
- Butter
- Choice of bread
- Lettuce
- Onion
- Mushroom
- Balsamic glaze
- Avocado
- Thousand Island dressing
- Cheese of choice
Directions
- Grease a pan and scramble the eggs
- Chop the onions and mushrooms. Saute the onions until they are golden brown. Add the mushrooms and saute until the mushrooms are cooked.
- Drizzle some balsamic vinegar or glaze on the mushrooms and mix.
- Slightly toast your bread and place the lettuce on the slices.
- Spoon the onion and mushroom mixture on the bread.
- Add the scrambled eggs, avocados, dressing, and cheese.
