With one game left for the Redhawks baseball team before they move to playoff games, the Redhawks sit tied for first in District 9-5A with Wakeland High School.

Tuesday night they hope to stay in first as they take on Lone Star High School, at 7, at The Nest.

“We are focused on what we do,” head coach Scott McGarrh said. “They know that if we do what we do, we will win.”

With the playoffs right around the corner, the team plans on focusing on what’s in front of them

“We are going to continue to do what we do,” McGarrh said. “We have been successful this season focusing on the task at hand. We will not look too far ahead as we have a chance to win District this evening. We are a game by game team.”
