Mother’s Day should be every day

Mother’s Day is coming this Sunday, May 9th, and this is an extremely important day to me. Mother’s day is a day that we are to celebrate all of our wonderful mother’s, mother-in-laws, grandmothers, step-mother’s, etc.

We take a day out of our busy lives just to appreciate all the hard work our mother’s do for us and to show them we love them and care for them, even if we don’t tell them everyday.

But why don’t we?

Yes, Mother’s Day is amazing, but why does it need to be that specific day where we take time out of our lives to appreciate our mother’s? Our mothers’ lives revolve around ours, even if it doesn’t always seem that way. So why are we only taking 1 out of the 365 days in the year to appreciate them?

In my opinion we should celebrate everything our moms do for us, regardless of the size of the gesture, on a daily basis.

No matter how bad the argument or disagreement is that you may be caught up in with her, remember some day out mothers won’t be here.

Never leave words unheard because they were never said. While you can, go give your mom a hug and tell her you love her!

I hope everyone has an amazing Mother’s Day and a fantastic weekend!
